Chicago street performers are getting a bad rap, according to Chicago Now, thanks to stricter regulations, higher permit prices and fewer locations.

12 Year Old jazz prodigy, Alexander Bone, has taken to busking to buy a new instrument. By my calculations, he’ll have one by the end of the year (if not before). The little guy got his London College of Music Diploma in jazz at the age of eleven, apparently. See the kid play with legend Stan Tracey here:
