They play at the Pio Pio Restaurant, 84-15 Northern Blvd, every Wednesday, 9:00 – 11:00 PM
They’ve recorded seven albums of Andesian music, which you can find through their website. And this is no simple pan pipe band, they have good solos, they gel well together, and are trying to spread the music of the Andes throughout New York. Delicious Andesian music by professional street performers is one thing, but these guys look like they’ve played a few festivals in their time. I wonder what kind of response they get. And where their next gig is.
